SALAH SEORANG WAKIL RAKYAT PAKATAN CURI DANA SKIM USIA EMAS, DIA WARGA EMAS KER?

Skim Mesra Usia Emas – Fasa II yang salurkan kepada ahli-ahli parlimen Wilayah Persekutuan

Tujuan saya membuat laporan ini adalah supaya pihak polis menyiasat beberapa persoalan yang timbul berkaitan dana tersebut yang disalurkan kepada ahli-ahli parlimen tertentu di daerah-daerah Hulu Langat, Gombak dan Petaling:

i) Bolehkan dana negeri Selangor di salurkan kepada ahli-ahli parlimen di Wilayah Persekutuan?Disertakan bersama Surat dari Perbendaharaan Negeri Selangor bertarikh 13 Disember 2013 kepada pengurus cawangan Ambank En Teoh Chook Keat yang memohon membuka akaun bagi skim Mesra Usia Emas (SMUE) di atas nama ahli-ahli parlimen Wilayah Persekutuan iaitu MP Cheras Tan Kok Wai, MP kepong Tan Seng Giaw, MP Batu Tian Chua, MP Wangsa Maju Dr Tan Kee Kwong, MP Bandar Tun Razak Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, MP Lembah Pantai Nurul Izzah Anwar, MP Seputeh Teresa Kok, dan MP Segambut Lim Lip Eng.

Kemusykilan timbul apabila dana yang dituju kepada MP Pandan Rafizi Ramli di minta disalurkan kepada akaun yang dibuka di atas nama Muhammad Firdaus Bin Hashim.

Atas kapasiti apa dana di salur kepada seseorang yang bukan seorang wakil rakyat? Dan mengapakah akaun proxy dibuka bagi pihak YB Rafizi?

ii) Di minta pihak berkuasa siasat aliran wang dari akaun-akaun Ambank berikut yang dibuka khas untuk menyalurkan dana Skim Mesra Usia Emas :

a) Nombor akaun 8881000095855 (MP Seputeh Teresa Kok)

b) Nombor akaun 8881000012992 (MP Lembah Pantai Nurul Izzah Anwar)

c) Nombor akaun 8881000252390 (MP Kepong Tan Seng Giaw @ Tan Chun Tin)

d) Nombor Akaun 8881000253337 (MP Wangsa Maju Dr Tan Kee Kwong

iii)Tujuan saya memohon aliran dana ini disiasat adalah kerana difahamkan akaun dana Skim Mesra Warga Emas yang dipegang Dr Tan Kee Kwong kemungkinan besar telah disalahgunakan.Persoalan ini timbul berikutan surat Firma Guaman Bon Advocates yang dihantar kepada Jabatan Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia (ROS) bertarikh 14 Ogos 2014 yang mempertikaikan tindakan Dr Tan Kee Kwong, yang juga merupakan pengerusi lembaga disiplin PKR, memecat Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim sebagai ahli PKR dan sebagai ahli Majlis Pimpinan Pusat secara tidak sah.

Menurut Firma Guaman Bon Advocates Dr Tan Kee Kwong yang menerajui Lembaga Disiplin PKR telah melanggar perlembagaan PKR kerana Tan Sri Khalid dibuang dari PKR tanpa mengikut peraturan parti.

Ini menimbulkan persoalan kenapakah Dr Tan Kee Wong tergesa-gesa memecat Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim daripada parti PKR. Adakah kerana ingin menutup sebarang salahlaku melibatkan dana Skim Mesra Usia Emas seperti yang dicadangkan oleh Firma Guaman Bon Advocates?

iv) Difahamkan juga terdapat keraguan di dalam jumlah keluaran wang dari Akaun Ambank bernombor 8881000253337  yang dibuka khas untuk dana Skim Mesra Usia Emas (yang di pegang oleh MP Wangsa Maju Dr Tan Kee Kwong) kerana jumlah yang dikeluarkan tidak bersamaan dengan peruntukan RM2,500 yang ditetapkan di bawah skim tersebut untuk diberikan sbg khairat kematian warga emas.

(Disertakan bersama Pekeliling Perbendaharaan Negeri Selangor Bil 4 tahun 2013 yang jelas menyatakan apabila ahli meninggal dunia, penama yang berdaftar boleh menuntut sumbangan khairat kematian atau manfaat sebanyak RM2,500).

Difahamkan jumlah yang tidak bersamaan dengan RM2500 di keluarkan daripada akaun tersebut pada masa-masa tertentu dari mesin-mesin ATM dari pelbagai lokasi termasuk Klang, Penang, Sentul, Setapak, Wangsa Maju, Kajang, dan Kota Kinabalu.

Demi kepentingan rakyat, tolong siasat sama ada penerima-penerima bantuan ini berada di lokasi-lokasi berlainan selaras dengan lokasi mesin-mesin ATM dimana wang dikeluarkan, atau adakah wang tersebut digunakan untuk kegunaan yang berlainan daripada tujuan asal.

Sex Scandals & Nepotisme Between DSAI And BN

It appears that Anwar’s big brother, the US, is fed up with his antics in Malaysia. At first the US were supportive of the Malaysian opposition leader, thinking he was a better ally than the Malaysian government. However, the Obama administration recently have been distancing themselves from their once upon a time ‘darling.’

Abraham Lincoln once said that if you want to test a man’s character, give him power. 

Anwar was given power and he failed the test miserably. Instead of proving to Malaysians that he was a better option than the current government, he proved to everyone that he was not only incompetent, but also a hypocrite and corrupt. All those accusations that he flung at the ruling coalition, he was guilty of himself. He claims that the the ruling coalition are greedy bastards who practice nepotism. Yet, in his own political party, his wife is the president and his daughter is the vice-president, and he is the puppet behind the two of them, his justification is that they are a team. So when others do it it’s nepotism, but when Anwar Ibrahim does it it’s called a team. Seriously? He was even accused by his former friend and supporter, Zaid Ibrahim, a respected Malaysian lawyer, of rigging internal elections. Remember Anwar, when you point one finger at someone else there is four pointing back at you.

You see when an American politician screws up in his private life or with his family through a sex scandal or a divorce. The family will come out with the truth, apologize, and stand by each other. Anwar Ibrahim’s family is riddled with scandal from Anwars’s sodomy scandal to his married daughter’s alleged affair with another married man. Instead of standing together and coming out with the truth, to this day Anwar’s wife has refused to comment or acknowledge her husband’s scandal. His daughter, an adulterer, who is the vice-president of his political party, also refuses to comment about her impending divorce with her husband of 10 years. According to Anwar’s daughter, it was no one’s business but hers. Let’s take a moment to digest that, Anwar’s daughter is the vice-president of a political party, therefore making her a political figure, thus a public figure. I am not sure how it is done in Malaysia, but in the rest of the world, the lives of public figures, ESPECIALLY politicians are an open book. People deserve to know the intimate details of the lives of the people they are voting for. By not being honest with her people about her life, she is lying to them. Here’s a message for you NurulIzzah, it is their business, it’s everyone’s business, that’s the price of power, and if you could not handle it then you should not have taken the position.

Another reason we are fed up with Anwar Ibrahim, is that he is self-destructive. His greed and ambition are causing his political party to self implode. He keeps on saying that it’s all a smear campaign against him. When asked why he did not want to provide the courts with a sample of his DNA to prove his innocence? His answer – it’s a smear campaign. Actually he was scared that the truth would come out, Anwar Ibrahim’s scandalous ways are genetic. Apparently, Anwar Ibrahim was born out of a scandalous affair between his father, Hj Ibrahim, and a nurse. Guess the apple doesn’t fall so far from the tree after all. When Zaid Ibrahim spoke out against him? It was a smear campaign. When there was a petition to the Obama Administration sent by B’nai B’rith International asking the government to cut all ties with Anwar Ibrahim for his anti-Semitic comments. Yep, you guessed it – smear campaign. To Anwar Ibrahim he is a martyr, it’s him against the world. But come one man, how many times are you going to play the victim card. Seriously, come up with something new.

So in the Ibrahim family, Daddy’s sex maniac and a greedy moron who can’t keep it in his pants long enough to actually run a state and a political party. Daughter dearest is an adulterer, which according to hudud law, which is an extreme version of Islamic law that her father wants to implement by cohorting with the Pan Malaysian Islamic Party, means she should be stoned to death. So where is mommy dearest in all this? As President of the political party surely she has a lot to say about the state of her family and her husband’s indiscretion. Surely she stood by her man and vehemently denied that he was not a bad guy and that she still loved him. Nope. Apparently mommy dearest hasn’t even bothered to watch her husbands sex tape. When asked about her husbands little affair with the prostitute, she told the media that she married Anwar because she had a dream of his face being on election posters. Wait. What? She didn’t even answer the question!! Was she high during the interview? People are asking her about her husband’s sex scandal and she’s taking a trip down memory lane? What is up with this family??

Hey Malaysia, do you really want your first family to be this family. I mean you have so many families to choose from! Hell, even the Adams Family and the Kardashians would make a better first family. Guys, get your heads out of the sand, we did, and we realized that your opposition leaders are whack jobs.

The real story of Anwar’s Sodomy 2 (Part 1)

I read with anger the news that Saiful’s dad has joined PKR. I knew from Day 1 that the party was devoid of any integrity but for it to scoop to this extent is just mind boggling. Now

I was working with one of Anwar’s long-time lawyers during the whole course of Sodomy 2 and was involved in A-Z of the trial itself. When I mention A-Z, it means from meeting the forensic and DNA experts to reviewing of the documents to finding case laws for his submissions, I was involved in everything. I do not wish to mention the name of the lawyer here as I revere him as my mentor and I do not wish to drag him into this frustration and anger pouring of mine.

Why Anwar never took the stand?

Anwar claimed that he was never offered a fair trial. The truth is he was never brave enough to take the stand. He was never going to withstand the questions that were about to be put forward to his now ally Datuk Yusof. If you Pakatanians have doubts, why not ask him these questions and get valid, acceptable and not logically challenging answers for it.

a)       Why did Anwar personally and specifically request his Chief of Staff, Ibrahim Yaakob to send Saiful to the apartment carrying documents when there were other staff there ;

b)       How come Saiful was aware of the code to enter the apartment which was ‘Mokhtar’, the name of Anwar’s security chief and brother-in-law? ;

c)        Video evidence that was sent to Gandhi Labs in New Delhi confirmed the presence of Saiful in the apartment, so how can Saiful’s presence in the apartment be refuted ;

d)       Why was Saiful afforded special treatment i.e. he was given his own room, privilege of following Anwar for overseas trips though he was a new staff;

e)       Anwar’s current aide, Najwan Halimi had previously e-mailed Anwar and told him about Saiful’s apparent afflictions to BN. Why was the call not heeded by Anwar?

Fearing that Anwar will not be able to withstand the onslaught by the Prosecution, the defence team then decided to ask him not to take stand uder the pretext that he was not offered a fair trial. Anwar excelled in conning, deceiving and cheating the public by assuming a Mandela like persona. He is no Mandela, merely a good con artist.

Fund for the overseas experts

The surprising factor here is why no one has ever questioned the fees that were involved in paying the forensic experts, Dr Brian Macdonald and Dr David Wells. Contrary to what the general public have been made to believe, they were paid hefty sums to defend him. When they were here, they stayed in Shang-ri La Hotel for a number of days.

Where did the money to pay the hotels come from? Did Anwar pay from his own pocket? No, he does not even pay his lawyers. So, he had very rich Datuks funding him. I do know the name of the Datuk, but for the reasons known close to me I will not disclose the name.

The problem is if PKR can throw questions as to the wedding expenditure of the Prime Minister, why not question where the money to pay these experts came from? If a former convict and a mere Opposition Leader can have Datuks funding his legal expences, what is wrong in having  Datuks funding the wedding of the PM’s daughter?

Saiful

I don’t know much about Saiful. The only thing I can say is that the reason he was denied justice is that the Investigating Officer, Jude Perreira, ignored the protocols told to him by Jabatan Kimia and decided to do his things his own way.

There were traces of Anwar’s DNA in his rectum. The only thing that stopped the judge from convicting Anwar was the “break in the chain of evidence”. I will write a full piece on this soon. This drama itself deserves a full piece write up.

In a nutshell, there was evidence of Anwar’s semen in Saiful’s rectum. However, due to a break in chain of evidence and the question mark over the integrity of the samples, the evidence was not used.

So the judge had no other way of corroborating Saiful’s evidence.

Conclusion for Part 1

Anwar is a consummate liar. He is using Saiful’s dad to play up his victim role in order to garner votes. We all know for a fact that since he got acquitted he has lost that bit of “charm” about him as he has nothing to yell about anymore. I really hope he sues me so that I can prove in Court what I have just mentioned.

Remember Anwar Ibrahim, I grew up adoring you. I know your modus operandi and I aspired to be you. Sue me please. Let the public watch Anwar vs Anwar clone (which is me) in action. 

And  remember the e-mails, Astroboy? I have all of them saved. Come get me!

Jam Omega Anwar Dah Jumpa!!!

Ada seorang Mamat berjalan-jalan di Petaling Street nak cari jam branded tapi murah. Biasalaa, Petaling Street..

Tiba di satu kedai, dia berhenti dan terus tertarik dengan satu jam tangan. 

Lalu dia pun tanya dengan taukey:

Mamat : Allo taukey, ini jam manyak chantikk maa..Berapa lu bole jual??

Taukey : Waa..Lu mau bili kaa kawan? Ini jam wa tak mau juai ooo..mannyak mahai..ale sepecel beliu (value).

Mamat : Kenapa lu tak mau jual tapi lu letak sini tempat kasi olang tengok??

Taukey : Ini jam punya aaa, bila ala itu selupa macam China Doll lalu depan wa punya kidai, misti ale jadi tak baik punya.

Mamat : Jadi ape?

Taukey : Jadi tak tentu hale maa..itu olang panggil 'stim' ooo..tiba-tiba mau bukak baju sama skirt depan wa punya kidai maa..

Mamat : Fuyyoo!!! Itu macam kaa??

Taukey : Iyaa  laa... Waa pun tengok saja maa..itu hali ale cantik punya China Doll ooo. Olang kata "Peluang yang emas jangan dilepaskan!!".

Mamat : Hahaha.. (sambil membelek-belek jam tersebut). Ini jam apa brand taukey? Ini suda ade karat??

Taukey : Oooo.. Itu blend Omega maa..lulu ale olang tua pelut buncit-buncit sikit, lambut pendek, datang kasik juai sama saya. Dia kata ini jam dia tak mau pakai lagi. Wa bili mulah la..
